With Cathy's school schedule, I'm having to plan this year well in advance. It looks like we are going to try to make Chattanooga, Lake Cumberland Thunder Run, KY Lake, and Old Hickory. I haven't heard anything on Knoxville yet. I would like to go to Tickfaw, but Cathy has school that weekend.

One question... where do you guys stay for the Thunder Run? We've never been.

We either stay @ the lodge @ grider hill or we can get a houseboat or Boatell as call it..chewy call me this week and we will talk about a boatell....

As Buddy said the lodge or a boatel is your best bet, we will be working with Grider Hill in the next month or so to get the boatel rates set up and out to everyone interested. We stayed at the lodge last year and if the lake levels aren't back up you will walk yourself to death! It is a treck back to the room after a few beers at the party!!

Most stay in the Boatels which are pretty nice and everyone is right there together. Like Hales Bar without the smell of carp..LOL

I would have welcomed the smell of carp compared the crap odor in our cabin.
