Talking 97 Nordic Heat 28

What's up everyone. Well I will get started and say I'm very new to the big boat world and bought a 97 Nordic Heat 28 with a 454. I own a custom automotive shop in Waco ,Tx and we are about to do sick paint job on my heat but have no clue what to do with the rest of the boat as far as interior and the motor. I really want more power out of this magnum but don't know the first step but would like not to pull the motor just to stroke it. Any info or pics would be great. Also wouldn't mind to barter on things for my service in at my shop.

Thanks again,
Mike-Owner

What ideas you looking for as far as the interior? Pics, places to take it??? Nordic would be where I would go to re do the interior personally. They will design something new for you based off your ideas.

I had a Heat 2 years ago congrats on your new Nordic!

I am not sure what the upgrade potential is with that motor. But if you want to do anything I think your going to want and yank it out. Unless there friendly to a charger being bolted on.

Pictures as far as the interior goes, and bolt on's that could replace or enhance the interior. I have searched and really couldn't find anything for the nordic's. As far as the motor goes, I have contacted vortech marine and they offer a supercharger kit for my motor but that really isn't in the budget right now. I was looking for small bolt on's or even mods that could be done. Couldn't really find anyone with the same boat I bought and have wondered if that is a bad thing for me lol.

Procharger http://www.procharger.com/M_engine.shtml

Then tune with the the prop that spin the right rpms. O ya dont forget to have the prop labbed for a couple more MPH's out of her.

That should make that 454 move....... That is untill you want insane HP to go even faster and you buy a new high HP marine engine

Hey Mike,

I own a marine business not too far from you in Spicewood (Lake Travis) and I also have a 28 Heat. I can help you out on most anything you are looking for. Give me a shout.
