Procharger will replace-free of charge, all BLUE topped fuel regulators on EFI models. The blue topped models had problems of fluctuating fuel pressure. The new ones fix the problem. It's nice when a company will recognize a problem and fix it for free!!
I found this out today when I called them. They could not have notified me or you,unless you were registered with Accessible Technologies in Lenexa, Kansas. Just call them to get registered, but have your 'Charger serial # handy.
