I sat down with the new owners of Dick Simon Marine of Dana Point CA this past week and discussed the future plans for the company. Scott and Tommy have restructured the company towards the needs of there clients. The Sales department has taken on a whole new direction and its hard to not be optimistic about your new company when the phones are ringing off the hook and boats are going in and out of your lot like crazy. After a long discussion showing the same views towards the treatment of our clients and where to go from here I took the remaining sales position at DSM. I am looking forward to dealing in the same honest fashion that I have found works best in this industry.
