Concept, I sold my sonic july 2011 to buy a bigger boat. Had the boat for 16 months, made 16 double payments. Last spring I drove to Pittsburgh pa, gave a 1k deposit to a gentleman to hold a fountain to a sea trial. I was approved for financing before I drove there obviously. When the guy faxed his copies of the boat and trailer to the lady at the bank the underwriter stepped in a pulled the approval because it was a fountain. So I had to ask for my deposit back, looked like a total jackass. My loan lady told me that if she can't get me a moan then she can't get anyone a loan and that its a high performance thing. My and my wife had a 740-760 credit score, debt to income around 15% and cash to put down. So I switched gears and purchased my second home. And the best part about it is because my wife was not at her current employer for more then 12 months they wouldn't let her even apply for the loan!!!! So I bought my second home all by myself but me and my wife can't get a high performance boat!!!!!

I heard every expert on here tell me what to do and people even took a few shots at me personally saying that I obviously just can't afford it. Questioning me personally when I thought it was common knowledge that the banks were screwed up. Oh and the loan lady I used (who's name I prefer not to mention) was referred to me by pat from active thunder boats and she did my sonic loan also.

Key Bank gave me a loan less than a year ago. I had to apply twice.
