Default Buying 383 Crate engine off ebay...

My little brother is in the market for a 383 long block for his sweet 16 Donzi and to be honest... I dont trust any of the engine builders local to my area(been burned), and all the others I know are charging an arm and a leg for one... (+5k for a motor like the one below)

So did some checking around on ebay and found this, seems to be a great price for the package deal. Can you guys give me your thoughts on this?

Thanks

Hypereutectic pistons and stock steel rockers? I bet the crank is cast as well. Cheap price but I would question how long it would really last.

Not to mention the flat tappet cam and today's oil. I agree that is a lot of power going to cast components
