Can someone tell me the dry storage monthly foot cost? Everytime I call this place I can never get ahold of the person over pricing.

it was upper 4s for my 30' LOA. plus trailer storage where they beat the crap out of it.
It takes 48 hr notice to have your trailer ready if you want to tow your boat somewhere.
They do a verrrrry basic fresh water wash down, and they dont always Flush.

Im not complaining about the service, or facility, Just wasn't for me.
I liked to trailer my boat to the keys every now and then, and do a thorough cleaning after each use.

Also, Make sure you ask for a top Rack. I had a convience bottom rack spot, but the boats above mine would always drip salt water after being racked. A few times oil, which stained my cover.
