Default Need an attorney referral in Phoenix area.

My good friend is in need of an effective attorney in Phoenix to go after a dealer that has his equipment to be repaired (valued at over $50k), wont repair it, and now is not returning calls. It's been 7 months since he paid to ship it there. Anyone have a reputable referral? Thank you for any help you can provide. We are trying to handle it the amicable way like this and then it's going to be all the details if they choose to be thieves about it. Thank you for any help, Trent.

I can provide you with a good referral but from your description I don't understand the claim. Is it s theft claim?. Is it a fraud claim?. Is the dealer refusing to return your friends property or simply refusing to work on it (I do not beleive the latter is actionable).

Please clarify what you beleive the claim is and I can provide a referral who specializes in the area of law that would apply to your problem

He sent it back to manufacturer 7 months ago for repair and warranty work. Paid them a bunch of $ at their request in Sept/Oct to finish repairs and its still in pieces and now they won't even take his calls.

They are the original manufacturer.

Funny, exactly what he did yesterday. He's flying Thursday and already contacted police to escort him. Problem tho is it is in 1000 pieces and wants legal representation following the process. He's from FL and needs an AZ attorney regardless. Thanks again.
