He wasn't there because he is broke, out of business. Everyone I talked to (vendors/suppliers) says he is out of business. St. Lucie Clerk of Court shows he is in a law suit with the man that owns the Spectre Cat molds.
Also heard (at Miami) that the Chuck guy was supposed to have his boat 2-3 boat shows ago - hopefully he really does take delivery.
What a mess.

He is and was in court this week to hear the judge order him to turn over the spectre molds back to the owner of the molds due to lack of payment. The owner of the molds had to have a court order to get them back. This is the second time that the owner/lienholder of the molds has had to repo them. The first time was when Scott Conrad had them with spectre and also did not pay the lien holder. I wish someone would buy the molds and actually pay the lien holder who happens to be an OSO member in good standings.
