Are Depars mufflers any good?

Are Depars mufflers any good?
My Sonic is loud and I am not sure if I can get a y pipe installed to go to a captains choice type system. I was also considering some in line mufflers. I see Depars by marine mufflers systems. Does anyone have any experience with these?
