What are the holes for? Is that price for the pair or just the LH? I have some 26's and a 27 Hydromotive that I need to move if you are looking.

Yes they are the standard 1” hole and can be plugged with merc plugs or ran open. They are they for motors with no low end torque and thru hub exhaust to help get on a plane. But will work open or closed on out transom exhaust.

Just the LH prop is for sale, It uses the Merc FloTorqe hub.
