I'd guess 475-500hp. If you are changing anything in the rotating assem then your rebalance. If not, it won't hurt to balance but if you arent doing a complete teardown I would not be concerned not balancing. You should make sure you can get away running that compression with iron heads and 93oct. It seems a little close to the edge.
