Default Clear Lake Boat Ramps/Dockage

Looking for a ramp that will accommodate a 42' Fountain. Also, I would want to leave truck and trailer overnight so that rules out Clear Lake Park ramp.

Is there anywhere to dock overnight that ALSO has a ramp?

I don't mind where it is, as long as it can accommodate my boat, truck, and trailer for a weekend.

Well you are not going to find any place that has docks and ramp and a place to park the truck for free. Endeavor Marina can take your boat off the trailer with their forklift and they have docks out back and they have a large lot that they will charge you to park on. My question is when are you wanting to use the ramp, dock etc. If it is during say the outlaw challenge then you will find it isn't easy to get a place.

The ramp under HWY 146 is fine for launching large boats. If you are talking about Outlaw Challenge weekend, I saw some guys keep their truck/trailer in the lot there at 146 all weekend, and then docked at Endeavor or Seabrook. But there is no place launch, dock and park unless you go with "Slow Poke's" recommendation to pay Endeavor for the services, which would be the most convenient if you are doing the poker run.

I worked for the Texas Outlaw Challenge in years past. There was security at the ramp under 146 1 or 2 years ago. I heard last year they hired a guy to keep a lookout at Clear Lake Park as well but I don't know that for sure. I now have slip in Clear Lake Marine Center so don't have that problem anymore. The 146 ramp has been safe for me for trailers over the years for just one night when we would anchor and sleep at Redfish Island. You might visit the website.
