Cig in Va Beach?

Does anyone know who owns a Cigarette that was travelling on a rural road in Va Beach today? It had US flag graphics on it and unless I was mistaken, it was an older Bullet.
Just curious. I thought I was the only one around here.....

my friends uncle used to own it, havent seen it out in a couple years, I think he had header or blower issues.
Did anyone see the boat in Max King's showroom (old Brownings), it looks like a 39 Velocity from the street view, nice paint job, definitely new to the area.

Joby, believe it or not (I hope you do...j/k) I met it on Salem road. I figured it was an out-of-towner since a sane person probably wouldn't trailer a boat that size down that road. I guess it could have been a Cafe.

I know Mitch, owner of Imports of Tidewater on the blvd has a 42' he is re-rigging right now. May have been his....It will be for sale when it is done, and it will be cheap. Looking for a family boat!!lol
