Well, with no rudder, no propshafts, and no propellers, it looks like a nice display piece. Can't say for sure those aren't thrust vectoring nozzles, but that sounds pricey and kind of a b!tch around the docks. Maybe someone with some personal knowledge of the boat will chime in.

Atleast they didnt have a couple of econoboxes chained to the trailer with half full gas tanks... Seen that happen with a jet car in 1989 in Sacramento. Their were dozens of people at the tower gate with metal stuck in their bodies.

I will say that my father-in-law did a fantastic job announcing the the wet T-shirt contest that night. My brother in law also performed well spaying the chicks with the white T-shirts at the start. Didnt matter, chicks were taking off panties at the end of the contest..

It's a 46' Skater splash that was originally made by Randy Linebach and the molds were sold to "Thriller Powerboats" they make the tour boats that you see in FL and the Caribbean. http://thrillerboat.com/
