Default Phone number engraved into risers (see pic)

Been trying to get some history on my boats engines and upon tear down there was a number engraved into the side of the risers. The number is a dead end but what I was curious about is if anyone has seen this done in this way and could point me to the shop that does so. I doubt this will work but figured its worth a shot. Thanks.

Does anyone happen to know a Norman Bray Wilson From Clifton, Va? He was the last registered owner back in 2005.

I used to do that with a lot of mx parts.
I called them my F.I.D. #s ( fuc kin id )
This way when $hit went missing I knew who to punch in the mouth.
I'd use last few # of ss # or scratch the shape of a diamond which is my last name.
Phone # would work too

That's not a phone number, that's the true hours.

Look at this Google search:

https://www.google.com/search?q=Norm...-a&channel=rcs

Looks like he is in Trucking; and Clifton and Centreville, VA are only a few minutes apart, if that.
