The old aluminum tanks in my dads boat leaked a bunch of fuel once. I wonder if this was something similar with worse results?

Be careful out there and keep up on the maintenance!

That sucks. My completly restored 68 chevelle was parked next to the the boat that blew. I still can't go get it. everything is locked up and under investigation.
What a great way to start the season...
