Default aftermarket fuel pump

im going to be replacing my stock fuel pump on my 89
330 454 for maintenance reasons only. my question is will
the fuel outlet and inlet be in the same spots and angles as the factory pump so i will not have to replace any fuel lines. im looking at a basic holley replacement marine
pump. any input would be a great help thanks

Stock pump is 23 years old and still works. Replace it with another stock pump if you are set on doing it. I would just leave it alone though. It might last another 5-10 years.
You need to use a Marine fuel pump.

Griff ,you've obviously been on here a long time and i'm not trying to ruffle your feathers, but it seems to me like it would make sense to change pump as a maintenance item. When the rubber on the diaphragm on the pump starts coming apart ,it goes "somewhere ".Not to mention the fact that you can fill your crankcase with fuel if blown .It's old.... It isn't much money for the peace of mind .That being said,to the OP, just buying a stock marine pump will probably not have the fittings where they are needed. So either buy oem or a direct aftermarket marine replacement unless you want a hassle trying to get it hooked up.
Inlets and outlets can be anywhere on pumps depending on application
