adding a chiller to a 525sc. anyone know the part number for the belt needed with the chiller (innercooler) installed?

I can help you if you post upper and lower pulley sizes. I have run both the 3.05 upper and the 2.85 upper with a 7 lower. They use a different size belt.

havent had a chance to measure the pulley. its the stock merc 525sc pulley system. chiller should be here in a few days. not in a super hurry we just got a couple inches of snow in buffalo...ugh

You can get gaskets for the top and bottom from any speedshop. Teage has the orings for the case to core on the chiller. Its an old PFM I assume? You will also need longer blower studs and you will have to extend the water T outlet to the exhaust.
