Default Aluminum Header fit issue

Picked up a new set of headers a couple years ago and have gotten around to installing them. Ran into the power steering pump issue and was told by the company which will remain nameless, they didn't make the bracket but I should go to IMCO and pick one up, and I did. Installed new bracket, PS and ALT and put a longer belt on the PS pump.

Issue, the 1-inch support bracket which goes from the bottom of the PS pump to the block is to short. Does someone make one which can be found or do I need to fabricate one?

Is this the bracket you used???? http://www.imcomarine.com/cal_store/...r-bracket.html

I've used that one before and I'm 98% sure it came with a different PS Pump support brace.

Thanks Griff, this was the bracket I received from IMCO but no brace. Contacted IMCO and they are sending me out a brace.

They are eddie's but there was no way the PS pump line would fit where it was, I had to have the bracket. If my pump was on the bottom I might have gotten away with it.

Corsa is adding more length to my diverters because the header pipe was an inch or so higher then the original Mercruiser cast iron header. This through the geometery off going to the Y-pipe, the port side had the most offset and the boots would not fit without the added length.

i have installed a few sets,,what i do is reroute the hose up over the intake instead of under the manifold,i also have to give the fitting a little bend to clear the fromt og the manifold..
