There used to be one in either Oxnard or Ventura which isn't very close. I would call the harbormaster and ask them.

There is the Bellport Lido Newport dry stacks. You can do month to month there and they haul up to a 40 footer, but I know I've seen at 46 Cigarette Rough Rider there too....
