I think it was relating to the people sitting on the engine hatch rather than in their seats when under power.

That is a bullchit ticket,,the phuckin law has to stick their hands in his pockets as well..this country sucks,,they are not cops to serv and protect,,they are all ticket agents to extort money from us...i feel like a littke kid with all thease laws on what we can and cant do,,...GRRRRRRRRR

Might just be my bad memory, but wasn't the guy sitting on the sunpad the guy that actually had the cameras mounted? I think he worked for the news org it originally was shown on?
