Default Detroit CL Fountain with yellow flames

Could anyone ball park a price to remove the yellow flames from the hull and deck of this boat. I assume you would have to repaint the hull and deck. Not my boat just possibly interested in buying?? Big motors, big props, K planes, external steering ect.. for $17k seems like alot of bang for your buck. Just don't think i could deal with the yellow flames. Any local painters interested in painting it? Thanks

I love the ad.... "bravo drives from the factory, I believe the only one". Im thinking the yellow should come off easily, it looks like krylon, probably left over from when he painted the motors.

Buy it and repaint the whole boat and run the hell out of it. You can't do any worse than whats on there now.

I think he should have said - This is the only 1988 Fountain 29 that came with Bravo drives from the factory, the other 1988's had TRS Drives installed.

I agree on flame removal, shouldn't be that hard.
