I might be getting ahead of myself a little becouse I don't know what kind of paint is going on the boat. My boat got scratched at the fuel dock last year. The scratches are in the purple stripe and also the white gel coat. Small,maby a 5 or 6 inch area.The painter said he might have to clear the whole side of the boat. I'm worried about hanging fenders over the side until the paint is fully cured. Are modern paints cured after a few days? Thanks..
