Default What gauge wires for trim pumps?

I'm wiring a distribution block from my trim pumps (3 - tabs and outdrive) and would like to know what gauge wire to use from the pumps to the dist block? And what guage wire should I use from starter to dist block? Where do you guys get your wire from?
