Default Help with Cabin Paint

I have a 1981 Chris Craft Scorpion that is now raw blown on fiberglass in the cabin with no gelcoat at all. I was thinking of having spray on bedliner sprayed on to cover the inperfections in the fiberglass and make a nice uniform finish but started looking into elastomeric coatings that are much less and wondered what others have done. I really hate to go in there and sand and sand and sand.... I was hoping there is some sort of thick texture type coating that would look good and hold up.

Thanks
