I know what to use for the filling of the holes(Marinetex)... but the problem is that I cant reach all the way up from the underside to give the Marinetex something to hold on too, like a backing so it doesnt call through... make sense?
Before and after pics... I had to wetsand just about everything... so many rust stains... but it came out great. I just need to polish it and wax now. BUT THOSE DAMN HOLES!!! LOL

Thanks, that's some great info. But the problem is that I have no access to behind the fiberglass. I cant reach from under the storage to the top hole to place that patch on the inside so I can fill the hole...

You aren't going to put cushions back in the front?

Yes cushions will be going back in... but I am going to use the 3m dual lock system instead for the attachment of the sides. I cant reach up there for the nut placement to the bolt. They installed the interior first then attached the top cap to the hull. Freakin sucks.

Cut a long oval piece of any type of light weight wood (a piece of wood paneling will work) that you can just fit through the hole width wise but slightly longer then the diameter of the hole. Put a long wood screw through the middle for a handle. Use a hot glue gun and put glue on the wood then fish it through the hole and pull back so to glue it to the inside. With hot glue you have to work fast. As soon as it's dry (just a few seconds) unscrew the screw and your ready to patch the hole.

or Cut a nice round access hole, then put a plastic removable cover when your done

This might be what i have to do... just found out that no adhesive will adhere or bond with starboard... so the 3m dual lock is out of the question. So making the hole so i can reach the bolt holes so I can bolt the cushion back in... hate making new holes in my boat... sucks...

Why not use the little door panel clips like these that will go right in the same holes?

Yeah this is what I was going to suggest if you are planning on putting the cushions back in. The cushions will cover it so you'll never see it and it will make your life a lot easier.

Actually since it's behind the cushions I would just cut access holes, and seal the edges if there is coring in there.
