Looking for a good condo, 1-2 beds preferred, as close by ROAD travel to Dog Days as possible. Slip also needed. Nice stuff is good but I'm not OVERLY picky.

I know Grandview is across the street. I have stayed there before but they are 3 beds.

Fountain View, Hamptons, Grandview are all in walking distance.

Rent Shootout week. I'm checking VRBO but needed the complex names to narrow it down.

Cash........a group of us are staying at Tan-Tar-A.......if I remember, it isn't too far away but could be wrong. Slips are nice, resort is too.
If you don't mind being around a bunch of Canadians.......lol.....assuming you are asking for Shooutout weekend.
They have a good selection of 1 and 2 bedrooms.
We have booked the main house right at the water.

I'll check it out but I was trying to be very close to Dog Days.

Kapilana is within walking distance of Dog Days (just on the other side of old 54), and there are slips up to 16X44 available. Older, decent, inexpensive complex that is right in the thick of things. Check out Kapilana.net and call them direct. He has several 2 and 3 bedroom condos to choose from.

depending on "very close" there are quite a few within 2-3 minute boat ride from DD. i have unit reserved at the ledges that weekend. its about at the 21.5mm.
