Default Race Strobes, what are people using?

What are people using for strobe lights on race/MTIs?

I've seen this done on a few pleasure MTIs and Skaters. I never seem to be able to find the manufacturer.

Does anyone know the model / manu numbers for what they use for the beacons? I've tried to source out of whelen but everything they have is too large. I'm looking for a flush mount 360 LED in red, strobe. Something around 4" dia, and 2-3" high. Most of the stuff is too large.

Any input or info would be helpful. Thanks

Thanks Adam, I know aircraft grade strobes, I just keep finding things that seem to be too tall but that looks like it might work. Appreciated. I just got a call back from Whelen so that should work well.

I was kinda half serious. I figure Adam can grab one from a wrecked Cirrus.
