Default Picture File Size

How do I make a scanned picture file small enough to comply with OSO's requirements? I keep getting a message that my files are too bib.

Thanks for the help!

Take a sledge hammer and hit the top of the screen like you are doing one of those carnival bell deals then swing into the side of the screen like you are Tiger Woods then you should have it. If that does not work I am not responsible, as Phantom will tell you!!!!
