Whats the best head gasket to run on N/a BBC 10-1 cr with a 4.60 bore

Cast iron or aluminum heads? Cometic is generally the consensus choice on this board, and some of the FelPro marine gaskets are good too. Head studs would be a very good suggestion with 10:1 compression as well. Hope you are running aluminum heads with that high of a CR on marine build.

Cometic or Felpro Marine. Cometics have more options for gasket thickness.

Check the Cometic specs for the required RA finish on the parts. If the heads and block are new/newly resurfaced you should be fine but if the finish on both parts is not correct the Cometics will fail. Felpros are more forgiving.

Yes they are aluminum heads and the surface is new on both sides.
