didnt they fill in the opening years ago to make it to shallow to pass.

no. they only placed a buoy blocking the entrance last year.

don't get caught drinking in there ...that comes rite from the horses mouth....heavy heavy police patrol and will prosecute anyone in the water with alcohol.....5 agency's patrolling including State Police

I spoke with Steve A and it will be done in a heart beat! he said don't blink if there is 1 violation it has to close.

Cool, sounds like a win-win. It's back open and hopefully some of the craziness will be gone making it much more enjoyable for everyone.

I agree 100%, if it can be maintained. One disappoinment though, as I understand you will not be permitted to go on the beach/land? On your boat, or in the water. Land is still off limits as per Fish and Game?

You can probably challenge that as time continues. How can you not allow people on public land. It is not a gaming reserve etc.
