I live in Dahlonega, GA. it is a pretty small town with a military collage. a week before Memorial day every year (and july 4th and veterans day) they put up four foot tall crosses with American flags atop each with the name of lost soldiers from the county and what war they died in on each cross. they line the roads into town and the roads around the town square. driving into town really makes you remember all those who gave everything for our freedoms.
