Question Boating on a budget... What's the best deal for 30k or less?

Well in the past year a new house and new baby have dwindled the boating budget significanly. However I got the thumbs up from the wife I just have to keep it under 30k +/-. Im pretty open to any perfomance boat aside from baja or fountain unless its to good of a deal to pass up! The money is ready to go just have to find the boat!

What do you think are the best deals out there in this price range?

The stipulations are:
1999 or newer (for styling preferences)
25' - 30'
60+ MPH
Drop out bolsters

Thanks!

I had a Baja before my current boat and it was.....a good first boat to get me in to powerboats. My current boat is a 280 velocity. I've only had it running a little over a month (ne motor with more hp). With the sock 502 mag it runs 70-72. Boat handles very well. Takes 3-4 chop good for the size boat. Nice sze cabin. What I like is that I don't have any noises when hitting waves. My old Baja sounded like an 80's camero going over speed bumps. Not saying they are all like that, but mine was.

My other choice was a fountain, but you said no fountains. My goal was a fast hull with my second powerboat purchase.

Good luck. Shopping for a new boat is fun to me.

My 2003 Velocity 260 is super clean, 70 MPH (GPS) boat w/Trailer. Asking $29k. Includes a Monster Stereo.. PM me if you want a link to the ebay/craigslist ad. I don't want to post it here because I think it against the OSO rules because I don't have it listed in the classifieds...
