So I ran on Monday and came up with the below numbers. Seems like a really high slip amount. This is a straight bottom V. The prop is a Mirage 21 3 blade. Being pretty new to boating what would you run on this if it was your boat?

I noticed you have 1:36 gears. Are you sure? If so I can tell you a switch to 1:50 gears should help you.
If the above numbers are WOT for a 502, they are way low, even with 1:36s.
The stock 502 Mags and 496 Mag HO Heats I've set up here can all pull a 26" Bravo 1 4 blade to about 5000 RPM with 1:50s,
which is about 65MPH, GPS. I don't know anyone running 3 blades anymore on an sport boat. They won't lock up or carry the bow.
Regards,
Steve
