Don't normally spend much time on Fox, but found this Memorial Day Weekend story.

Sad to hear. I hate the way the media portrays the accident "They said the speed boat was driving well over 25 mph in a shallow part of the lake. No one on the speed boat was injured." If its not a pontoon or a jet ski it must be a speedboat.

Very sad news, but completely biased and uninformed reporting. Media always has to pick the villain and make him/her/it more villainous.
There is no speed limit on that lake. That was a damn near head on collision. It could very well have been the operator of the pontoon boat's fault; or not.
