No problem. You can put a bottle on your mower if Ya want.

Wtf would you want it on a boat? To gain a boat length or two just to have the faster boat pull by you when you shut off or worse yet, it blows? Or the felling that the 5 mph will give you over what you already run?

To be serious it is a waste of time and money and has disaster written all over it. It is totally different than cars, bikes, sleds etc... You wanna kick it up and have a blast? Find a big open body of water during a "small craft advisory" drop the tabs, trim the drives and run wot for 20-30 min. Straight.

Yep, the wife and I were out in Lake Erie in 6 to 8 foot swells in the little hot rod searay and we had a blast. Throttling over big water like a surfer on a board.

Maybe mark your nos bottle "halon".

only if button is connected to rocket launcher to blow you up!

Nos = drive go boom! Prob equivalent to landing off aired out jump and stay in throttle when you land!

Lots of river racers have nitrous systems..
Just like everything if set up correctly it can be fun..
Nice thing about a big boat is you can have a BIG bottle..
Nitrous can be set up progressively with a computer controller so you will not be blowing up any drives.
Very few people that talk crap about nitrous have any experience with a correctly setup system.
Of course like everything it is not cheap to do it right..

A guy I worked for had nos on his 21 Wellcraft & was twisting lower input shafts on his alpha. How he wasn't exploding gears I don't know but I do know "I" would not try anything like that with a 496. Btw is that a red & white 210 Eclipse? If it was the same boat that 350 was 400hp before the nos but I'm sure that is not the case my boss claimed 80mph but I seriously doubt it. That was also a LONG time ago. Randy

Drag boats, flat bottoms yes, offshore boats no way. It will break chit, unless a progressive stage/stages is used. Run the guy in the 21 ftr in a 1 1.5 foot chop, you should beat him. Not really even a comparable race between the 2 sizes of boats. Unless the 21ftr has a HEALTHY small block I doubt he will even beat you in flat water.

I had a 125hp shot on a single 24' V-bottom and it worked great, added 800rpm and 9mph, and when you let off the button unlike a car, the boat would slowly coast down from NOS added speed.
