Default Anchor Shade heads up sale

Been thinking of getting an anchor shade as the wife gripes about not having any coverage while at the sandbar and keeps telling me to get a bimini for the pantera

Been looking for deal for a while, then just got an e-mail from wet with 40% off, and searched to see if it was included in the sale, scored one for $99 with free delivery, see the link below.

Stopping on my way home to pick one up... They have both II and also III.

Is one model better than the other?
