I recently purchased a great condo in south Florida. I have seen many times on this forum about multiple s.florida real estate agents looking to help the boating community. I did many searches and read pages of positive feedback, so I too went w/ Cashbar on this forum. First I have to say how extremely difficult it is to buy a condo from 1300 miles away & find an agent (in FL no less) that wants to help you. His knowledge of south florida & the boating community was not only extremely helpful in narrowing my search but lead me to the condo i purchased. I cant say enough about what a smooth transaction this all was and i highly recommend him to any other boaters (even though he doesn't have a boat - yet)

I sure would love to find a smokin deal in south Florida. But, I too don't trust many people now a days in this economy. I have heard several of my friends that have made millions on flips. But, haven't had time to search them. Now that I bought my new nortech and stuck in ohio with crappy weather I'm thinking more and more about that winter place. WULD love to find a smokin deal! Are they still out there anymore
