Default Transom and stringer replacement '95 Islander

Is is been a while since my last post here...

But this time I am thinking about buying a '95 Baja Islander 208
But something happened with this boat because all the wood in the boat is rotten...
I can push in the transom with my finger, the floor is very very flexible, and the stringers are also completely rotten. The wood behind the cushions etc. is also gone......

My idea about this project was to lift the deck from the hull.
Cut all the stringers and transom completely from the hull, and put 3 layers of 100gr.(1 oz) mat in the hull and start from there with transom and stringers.
But are these Baja build from regular polyester? and do they have balsa wood in the bottom of the hull?

Baja's are a bit rare over here , but I like the model...

Thanks,
Richard

Not sure if it is poly boat or not, but on a hull that old I would repair it with poly. Sounds like a huge project.
