Basically yes, I believe.
Of course, if stopped immediately tell the copper that you're packing, where the gun is and ask how he/she wants to go ahead with things. It looks like you probably boat the west side of the state, so you shouldn't have to worry about straying across into that great Criminal Empowerment Zone called Canada!

If the idiots in government "up here" had there way they would ban butter knives, concealed weapons would probably get you serious jail time, of course rapists and killers get probation in our "enlightened" system )-:

Hope you didn't take offense to the Criminal Empowerment Zone remark; I call any pistol free zone that!
Cheers, and have a great boating season.

Being Canadian I don't get it. Yes they're over the top up here with weapons. But excuse my ignorance, unless you're being hunted down by a biker gang (lol) why do you need to be packin? Seen a pic. at a Starbucks where they were "packin", think I'd turn around and walk out. No I'm not a left wing nut, just don't understand. To each their own I say.

As an honest hardworking, tax paying citizen I will protect myself and my family no matter what it takes. I'm not going to let some piece of sh!t harm them in any way. There are way too many weirdos in our society now days.
