Im converting a 1990 Cig TG from TRS to Bravo, I need to patch the transom to redrill new holes.
Whats the easiest way to Patch transom?
Are there any old Post on Patching Transom?

put a new transom in, there is no real easy way. The Bravo hole is smaller then the TRS and on a boat that size for safety sake you really should just do the whole thing.

Agree with Dave and there is no easy way even if you decide to "patch " the hole if you plan on doing it right. We just finished a little while ago a TRS/Konrad to 6a transom job. To put it lightly it is a ton of work. Keep in mind the 6a drive cutout is slightly large than the TRS.
