fantastic super classic! superb looking boats (much better then today if you ask me)
just be very aware of wet transoms stringers,,,, GET A Survey, value very dependent on engines too!
a boat that is symbolic of a by gone era for sure though, imagine how people would react when you turned up in one in 82!!!

Also be aware that some of these had a tendency to split at the keel. We had a club member that had one open up like a landing craft in the middle of the Bay. Supposedly was only running 35-40 when it happened (and it probably wasn't much more than a 60 mph boat back then anyway). BOAT US investigated a lot of complaints from people about those and the smaller stringers but nothing was ever done because CC went bankrupt or was sold right around that time and the new company assumed no responsibility.
