My drives on the boat have never worked correctly and i'm determined to fix them for this season before I put the boat in the water.

Right now I have a trailer switch, and port switch (limited) and a starboard switch(limited)

The limited port switch will work up and down

The limited starboard switch will only work up

the trailer switch will only work up.

The 3 switches have 2 power wires going to each switch, one for up and one for down. The 2 switches that don't work don't have the power switches for the "down" getting to them.

I traced them back to a box with 2 relays, a bunch of wires, and 1 diode.

I tested the pumps themselves by jumping them and everything else works like they should. The limit switches are set correctly.

Sounds like the problems may be in that control box.

any ideas or help?

Switch the good box to the bad drive and sed if that fixed it!

There is only one control box.
