I know what you are asking about. I rode in Wicked Won (41 Saber) and fell in LOVE with the padded floor!

Theres info on OSO about padded floors somewhere......hopefully others will chime in!

My 28 has a padding flooring under the carpet.
I don't know what it is, but it seems to 1/2-5/8 foam. It was put in at the time it was built.

I was on Lucy's Merc Special, now Chiro One, and it has a real thick padding but its only a 3man 41 Apache.

Hustler has done a couple boats like that too. I looked for the longest time for the stuff and couldn't find it anywhere. I think the best way to do it would be buy the standard perelli flooring and glue some anti fatigue mat to the back.

Contact Tonto on the board. He has some padding in his Apache that works great and is probably the same stuff Wicked One had.

It is very comfortable, everybody that comes on the boat loves it, and you can have it custom made for your boat in different styles, colors and thicknesses.
