Question Freshin it up

What is a ball park figure for the cost of freshening a BBC up?
I no there are many variables but Im trying to figure out how many hours this should take and what kind of parts should be replaced as a good practice.

wouldnt it be nice.
It will be the next Bill Gates that comes up with something that could be poured into one of my motors and get it running.
