I have a set of Maximus 5 blade 32" pitch that were on the boat when I bought it. Hole-shot was great but I wasn't hitting peak rpm. Changed to Bravo 4 blade 30" that have been worked over a little. Rpm and speed was great with these props. Now that I have the Whipples going on I'll have to re-evaluate...

I have run 29 Hydromotives P5X's and the hole shot and midrange were awesome. I had the diffusers cut off trying different things.....well that didn't work and now they will be welded back on.
I am now running 30 Bravo 1's and they hole shot pretty damn good as well.
Doesn't seem to matter what props are on as the 525's run hard!!
