What's your wot range and props? Cruise should be 3500 - 3800 rpms.
MPG? Lol. Lower 3k net you maybe 1-1.5pmg

26 labbed 4blade props think its around 5k wot

Our cruise speeds are the same: (I am running 25m+)
3500 @50-52
4000@ 60ish

IMO, conservative, easy on motors.. 3200-3600 and hard cruise (usually poker runs) 4k max

Nope.. too slow, you should be at 50 around 34-3500 in flat water.. 4k, you should be around 60.

I was right around 50 at 4k with my 25ol with a 23p prop.

Just watched the video.. nice boat!!

2 things I noticed.. looks like the prop wash was low.. perhaps trimming up to get boat out of water..

2nd.. have you checked speeds with GPS??? I wouldnt trust a non-gps speed!!
