make no sense to be like that,the question I have is why are they all the same height?

i just noticed the center drive has a 3 inch spacer in it

Rare but not the first of its kind.
Yes the cnt. drive has a spacer.

That is not the norm on a triples. Usually the outboard props are counter rotating. The center can turn either way. The outboard props can turn inward or outward, depending upon the hull design, but always counter rotating.
