Am I the new Gino?
Not trying to be......but after I read the 1 million dollar generator thread.....I wonder...
April of 2012......TBUS Charlotte harbor sank my 27' ProLine sport cc with twins. If not familiar, look here or on google for

That'll get you caught up.
Today, I left my sea ray sport at The Boat House Cape Coral for a Merc recall. (the one in the list under my avatar)
I drove it down via the icw.....45 minutes...tied up at the service dock.....handed the keys to the service girl... (Tina)
That was this morning.
Got a call at 4:30.....
"Did you come get the boat"
Why....is it finished?
"No. Its not here"
Huh.?!
"it was dockside at 3:00, but the tech went to get it at 4:00 and it was not there....."
And?
"and I am asking if you came and got it......"
NO......where were the keys?
"I put them in the chart box"
So.......? What now?
"can you come by here.....we close in 45 minutes?"
WTF is going on here?
Do all of the PROS here take your boat forever?

Uh Oh.....You may be gettin a new boat.....Would be a good time for one of those tracking beacons, or a Low Jack......Hopefully someone just borrowed it (wishful thinking) Did she say the keys where still there?

Update......
Wish it was the same today......could use a new boat on their dime....
Police report, done.
Insurance claim, done.
Notify tax collector, done.
Called me this morning to say they found it. One of the employees put it in storage......and then left for the day.

That sucks! first your sick that it's stolen, you get your hope up of insurance money, thy find it. Yup, sounds like that is how it would have went for me!!!
Funny you posted this. Got one of my trucks stolen last month with the keys. Really a crappy story!!! Don't want to hijack your thread!!
